About the Job I'm looking for a long-term arrangement with someone who genuinely enjoys children and can balance warmth, patience, and structure. Schedule The position follows a rotating two-week schedule. Week 1 Wednesday: Approximately 410/11 p.m. Thursday: Approximately 410/11 p.m. One flexible weekend day or evening, potentially Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, depending on family needs. Week 2 Wednesday: Approximately 41-1 p.m. Friday: Approximately 5-11 p.m. , with the possibility of overnight care Potential to add Thursday evenings as regular shift Overnight Care Minimum of one guaranteed overnight per month, ideally two. Overnight care may fall on a Friday into Saturday (approximately 5 p.m. noon) or Saturday into Sunday.
