About the Job We are looking for a caring, patient, and experienced nanny to care for our toddler son. We are looking for someone who understands toddler development, handles challenging moments with patience and consistency, and encourages positive behaviors, healthy routines, and learning through play.
Experience with toddlers, particularly managing tantrums, challenging behaviors, and emotional regulation, is highly preferred.
