About the Job Looking for a part-time nanny to care for 2 children (3 &1) at our home in Lynnfield. Our family values plenty of outdoor time (rain or shine), consistency in daily routines, child-led play & play-based learning, healthy eating habits, and low to no screen time.
The kids love arts & crafts, reading books, and exploring outside. Music & dance is a big part of their daily life as is pretend play. Extracurricular activities such as soccer, gymnastics and dance are enjoyed on weekends or during the week with a family member.
They need help with general hygiene care (diapering & potty training), dressing, meal prep & feeding, activity set-up & clean up, adhering to nap schedules, and general supervision.
We’re looking for someone who has recent experience simultaneously caring for two children under 4 years of age. Who can take and follow instructions and schedules. Who is willing to do light housekeeping that relates to the children including laundry, tidying up play & activity areas and bedrooms. And is comfortable with leaving the house for walks and local trips to the library.
