Original job description
About the Job We’re looking for a caring, patient, and engaging nanny for our 17-month-old daughter, 3 days a week, approximately 3 hours per day.
Our main priorities are supporting her speech and language development and helping her learn to walk independently.
We’d like someone who can spend approximately 2 hours engaging her in educational activities such as reading books, teaching new words, singing, flashcards, conversation, and interactive learning games. We’d also like dedicated time helping her practice standing, balancing, and taking independent steps inside our home through fun, age-appropriate activities.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone with experience in early childhood development who is nurturing, energetic, creative, and proactive. We want someone who genuinely enjoys teaching toddlers and helping them reach developmental milestones, rather than simply supervising.
Our family values kindness, patience, education, and creating a loving, positive environment. We prioritize early childhood development, encouraging independence, and helping our daughter build confidence as she learns new skills. We believe in learning through play, communication, and positive encouragement.
Our 17-month-old daughter loves exploring, playing with toys, listening to music, and interactive activities. She enjoys being engaged, discovering new things, and moving around. We want to encourage her curiosity through reading, singing, educational games, and activities that support her language development and help her build confidence with standing and walking independently.
