About the Job Seeking a kind, dependable, patient companion for an older woman who recently moved from Philadelphia to the Upper West Side.
Duties include accompanying her to doctor's appointments, grocery and pharmacy trips, and visits to her husband at his Upper East Side nursing home; helping her navigate NYC; companionship at home and on neighborhood walks for exercise; basic computer, phone, email and printing help; and light housekeeping and organization.
About 1015 hours/week, with flexible hours and some daytime availability for appointments.
Ideal candidate is warm, compassionate, reliable, organized, proactive, comfortable walking and able to help with everyday tech.
