About the Job Seeking additional care for our 2-year-old son. Ideal caregivers might have interest in a career/gaining experience working with children with special needs, or be pursuing a degree in a therapy, education, or nursing-related field; as he has a medical history and developmental delays. Experience in these areas is not required however - more important is a commitment to meet him where hes at and learn about his comfort and medical needs.
Mom works from home and is available for questions/assistance as needed. Requirements: Experience caring for infants, attention to detail, willingness to tailor care to his individual needs, ask questions, learn simple medical equipment.
