About the Job We are looking for a kind, compassionate, playful caregiver for our sweet 1. 5-year-old son while we work remotely upstairs. We live in Nashotah. We want someone who genuinely loves children, is silly and goofy, and enjoys being hands-on. Someone who will actively engage him through reading, singing, playing, exploring, and outdoor activities. We value meaningful interaction, no screen time, and someone who will build a genuine connection with him, encourage his development, make him laugh, and help him feel loved and secure. Reliability, patience, attentiveness, and a passion for working with little ones are important. Must be comfortable with stairs and active play. We are excited to find the right fit!
