About the Job Our son will be 2 in February. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and is passionate about their growth and development. We value active engagement and are looking for someone who will encourage learning through age-appropriate activities, outdoor play, reading, creativity, and hands-on experiences.
We want someone who takes initiative, is attentive and patient, and enjoys interacting with our son rather than simply supervising him.
