About the Job We’re looking for a warm, patient, and dependable nanny to care for our baby 3 days a week for about 8–9hrs/day. Our schedule follows a repeating 2 week rotation:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
On some of those days, I may be home working while the nanny cares for our baby, and I plan to nurse her whenever my schedule allows.
Newborn experience is important to us. We’d love to find someone who will care for our daughter with patience, warmth, and attentiveness, and help her feel safe and comforted throughout the day. Care will include offering bottles of breast milk, changing and burping her, soothing her, and helping her settle for naps. We also hope to find someone who enjoys spending time with her during awake periods. We’re hoping to find a caregiver who will get to know our daughter and lovingly support her needs as she grows.
