About the Job Hello! Our daughter will be about 8 months by the time we have someone watch her. I don’t have a job lined up, but would really like to go back to work either part time or full time. I want someone who will give her the attention she needs. She was born 6 weeks early and the Nicu nurses said she could be delayed developmentally because of it, so I do everything in my power to make sure she is not delayed. She needs the one on one time and someone who will teach her and help her achieve those developmental milestones. I like the Montessori type of teaching. We do not want her in front of screens either. We also have a cat who is 17 and super friendly, no care is needed for him while babysitting.
