About the Job Overnight newborn care: feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and settling

Supporting a breastfeeding routine bringing baby to me for night feeds and handling everything on either side of that

Light newborn-related tidying: bottles, pump parts, laundry

Tracking feeds and sleep, and giving us a brief update each morning

Helping establish healthy sleep foundations as the baby grows

Ideal candidate: Experience with newborns, ideally as an NCS, postpartum doula, or night nurse

Comfortable supporting a breastfeeding mother CPR certified (or willing to become certified)

Calm, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in our home overnight

Non-smoker, reliable transportation, and open to a background check
