About the Job We're a warm family in San Jose (Willow Glen) looking for an experienced, reliable overnight newborn nanny/postpartum night doulas starting Nov 16, 2026.
Schedule: 3-5 nights/week, ~6-8 hours/night, ideally for the first 6-8 weeks (with potential to extend).
Responsibilities: Newborn overnight care including feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing/settling, bottle/pump cleaning, baby laundry, and light baby-related tasks. Main goal is to help parents get uninterrupted sleep.
We have an older child (4 yrs) who will be in school.
Ideal candidate: Newborn experience, reliable, nurturing, non-smoker, references available. Postpartum doula/newborn care specialist experience preferred.
