About the Job Seeking a reliable overnight babysitter for my 14-year-old autistic daughter. I work 3 12 hour night shifts and 1 eight hour night shift per week, so the schedule is consistent, just variant on days. You may sleep during the night, but you must be able to wake up early, help morning routine, prepare a simple breakfast, and get her to school on time. Evening bedtime routine support is also needed before she goes to sleep.
