About the Job We are looking for a dependable, caring, and engaging **mothers helper and positive role model** for our two daughters. This is a part-time position averaging **12 to 20 hours per week**, typically two days per week, with the possibility of a third day depending on our family's schedule. Responsibilities will vary. Some days will involve caring for the girls independently while we enjoy date nights or attend events. Other days, we may be home spending time together as a family or handling household tasks while you keep the girls entertained and engaged. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children, can build a meaningful connection with our daughters, and will become a consistent, positive presence in their lives.
