About the Job Hi I’m Kate! I'm 28, and I have a physical disability that causes me to use a wheelchair. Next Friday 11/13 & Saturday 11/14, I’m going to be in one of my best friends' weddings as one of her bridesmaids! My regular aide may not be able to help me Friday, so I'm trying to find backup just in case, BUT I am still in *definite* search of help for Saturday. Friday I'm looking for: someone to come by at 7 a.m. when my night nurse leaves, help me get comfortable in my chair (which does require a little lifting & patience since I cannot move myself), & help me throughout the morning until photography starts. Saturday will be getting me comfortable/ready, and then helping me with breakfast. No prior training required; I just need someone with patience & compassion to help me on this memorable day.
