Nannythird parent Needed

About the Job We need a caregiver for our 3 children in Ventura, afternoons after school and occasionally on weekends. Some light housekeeping as well. After school duties include homework help when needed. Prefer someone who can drive and has reliable transportation. Sort of a third parent role. Oldest is 17, has autism, and needs help with responsibilities and errands. For her, it will be a companion who helps keep her on task. Middle girl is 14, needs help with responsibilities and homework. Youngest is 12, needs help with homework/chores. Great, fun kids! We just are feeling overwhelmed and need help. Flexibility to work with any one of them at any given time would be great! Some days/times might be 2 of the 3 or all 3. (Respite caregivers with CISS or 24 HR homecare employees please get in touch.
