About the Job We are looking for a full-time or part-time nanny/support worker to care mainly for our 6-year-old son with an intellectual disability. He is a joyful, curious, and opinionated boy who thrives with attentive, engaged support and consistent routines. We also have an almost 4-year-old daughter.
Responsibilities include:
- School pickup
- Washing him up, changing diapers, and helping him settle in after school
- Taking him to therapies
- Preparing and giving a snack and/or dinner
- Engaging in play
- Providing consistent 1:1 supervision to ensure safety (e. g., risk of eloping, support on stairs and playground equipment)
- Light housekeeping and organization
