Nanny Position For Infant

About the Job With a young baby, we value safety and care most importantly right now! We would like someone who stays up to date on current baby safety and care recommendations as it relates to sleep, feeding, milestones, etc. As time goes on, we'd value our baby getting to enjoy experiences with a caregiver and also learning independence at home. Ultimately, we hope our caregiver feels like a third trustworthy and loving person to our baby.

In an employer - employee setting, we strongly value trustworthiness & communication. We hope to partner with our caregiver to create the best outcomes for the baby. We also really value our time away from work and family time, so we'd ensure the same is available to our caregiver.

Our child will be approximately 4 months when care begins so we'd like someone who has experience with infant childcare and development.
