About the Job Nanny Needed for Our 9-Month-Old

My wife and I are seeking a reliable, nurturing, proactive nanny to care for our energetic 9-month-old son while we work. He loves being outdoors, especially stroller walks, so we prefer someone who enjoys outdoor activities and interactive play.

Responsibilities include feeding bottles and soft solids, diaper changes, following routines, and engaging in developmental activities like reading, talking, crawling, and practicing standing/walking. We limit screen time and prioritize hands-on interaction.

Must have infant experience, be organized, detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable following directions. Must be able to navigate stairs while carrying our 20-pound baby and lift at least 30 pounds. We have three cats and a German Shepherd, so being pet-friendly is essential. Occasional dog walks are a plus!
