About the Job Our son is 2. He does very well with a routine. He can struggle with new people and changes (is cautious at first). Has lots of energy and loves spending time outside and engaging in activities at home (reading, letters/numbers, pretend play). He's super funny and a joy to be around!
The safety of our son and being sure he is attended to is our main priority. We expect our caregivers to be substance and tobacco free while at our home and we'd prefer that activities are kept to our house and walkable parks while we get to know each other. We hope a nanny can help maintain his routine and ideally get outside daily when weather allows.
