He loves playing with his toys, loves to climb and destroy things, he loves books too, as well as painting.

I would say more interactive play and someone who is patient since he’s going through his throwing and hitting phase.

I have a parking spot that you would need a pass for, you could use mine but would need to have it back once you leave. Or you can park on the street.
