About the Job We are hoping to find someone who genuinely loves babies, has a gentle and patient spirit, and will care for our son with the same love, attention, and tenderness that we do.

Responsibilities include:

• Following his feeding, diapering, and nap schedule.
• Engaging in age-appropriate activities, including talking, singing, reading, and tummy time.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for him.
• Communicating with parents throughout the day about his care
• Supporting his growth and development with patience, warmth, and plenty of love.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous infant care or newborn experience.
• Is dependable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Is loving, patient, gentle, and attentive to detail.
• Understands safe sleep practices and infant safety.
• Is CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification.
• Is a non-smoker.
