About the Job We're looking for someone warm and engaged to help take care of our baby girl - not just watching her, but actually helping her grow and learn along the way.
Here's what matters most to us:
- Talk to her - Narrate what you're doing, read to her, sing, use new words. Even though she's not talking back yet, this is exactly when it matters most.
- Sneak in some early math. Nothing formal - just count her toys, talk about "big vs. small" or "more vs. less" while you play.
- Be kind, and show her kindness. Be patient and gentle with her, and as she gets older, help her learn to share and be kind to others too.Job basics How often: Part timeHourly rate: $10.00 - $19.00/hourWho we're looking for
