About the Job I'm looking for a warm, reliable mother's helper for my 2. 5-year-old daughter in our Miramar home. Times may adjust as needed. I work from home and will usually be nearby.
Mornings should be learning-focused: early reading, counting, sorting, art, music, movement, outdoor play and simple practical tasks. You'd plan a loose weekly rhythm and share it with me. She's potty trained. You'll handle snack and lunch plus light child-related tidying: meal prep, her dishes, her laundry and toys. We're screen-free and have a friendly, hypoallergenic dog that doesn't shed.
Requirements: current infant/child CPR and first aid, real toddler experience, at least two references, and a background check. A reliable car and clean driving record are preferred for outings. Early childhood education, Montessori or nursing background is a plus, and French is a bonus.
