About the Job Childcare for a 2YO and baby. Mom works from home, Dad outside of the home. We are hoping to have a third, so we're really looking for a nanny that can grow and stay with us long term. We would be overjoyed to find a Spanish speaker.
Right now we want someone to start in January full time, but would like to do part time care until then (and would potentially adjust the start date if needed- can be discussed.)
2 YO really benefits from structure and predictability. Is obsessed with being outside. We would expect you to adhere to our sleep training goals with the infant.
Responsibilities outside of childcare would be limited to preparing their food and maintaining their play spaces (bedrooms, playroom on main floor, basement play area.)
