Looking For A Math Tutor In Knoxville

About the Job Hi! I'm looking for a private, in-person math tutor for my son, who is currently in eighth grade.

He's a very bright, independent kid, but math has become a real struggle for him. He had difficulty with math in fifth grade, seemed to do better in sixth and seventh, but is now having trouble understanding the eighth-grade material.

Unfortunately, he's also started believing that he's simply not good at math. When he doesn't understand something, he becomes frustrated and tends to shut down.

I'm looking for someone who can help identify any gaps in his foundational understanding, explain concepts in different ways, and most importantly, help him rebuild his confidence.
