Overview
Seeking in home care for a 76-year-old female with an ileostomy, requiring assistance with daily living activities. Duties -Provide personal care assistance, including help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility -Monitor residents health by taking vital signs, observing for changes in condition, and reporting findings in accordance with care plans -Assist with medication administration following prescribed protocols and document all care activities accurately -Prepare light meals and hydration tailored to dietary needs -Accompany the patient to appointments as needed -Light laundry and housekeeping related to patient careJob basics How often: Full timeHourly rate: $19.00 - $25.00/hourWho we're looking for
