House Manager Position

About the Job House Manager

We are a busy family of four in the Oakland/Piedmont area looking for a house manager to help keep our home running smoothly. We are looking for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day details of our household. Hours and schedule flexible.

Responsibilities:

• Keep the home organized and tidy throughout the week
• Manage laundry and dry cleaning, including drop-off and pick-up with our outside service, and occasional care of specialty items
• Track and restock household supplies
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Meal prep
• Occasional babysitting (not required)

Ideal candidate:

• A confident self-starter who notices what needs to be done and does it without being asked
• Great communication skills
• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
