About the Job House Manager for an Austin-based entrepreneurial couple: keep our household running smoothly. 20-30 hrs/week, Mon-Fri on your time (about 10 hrs in summers).
You'll manage our home operating system and playbook, keep the house tidy and organized, handle mail, errands, returns and store runs, order and put away weekly groceries, restock household supplies, schedule appointments, pay invoices and bills, coordinate vendors and our housekeeper, and handle car cleaning, gas and service. Simple healthy meal prep once a week.
You have experience as a house manager, personal assistant or similar; you're organized, proactive and discreet, and you're interested in using AI and have experience with it.
