- bathroom clean up (tub, toilet, sink)
- laundry folding
- floor sweep
- kitty litter emptying
Laundry room is in the basement. And primary bedroom is on 2nd floor of the house. Have to be ok with going up and down stairs if necessary.
Simple home maintenance. Once every 2 weeks.
I am a full time student. If I am studying, I just want the house to be on minimum volume.
Plenty of street parking available.
