Original job description
About the Job I’m looking for a patient, reliable, and encouraging tutor to help my 9th-grade son get back on track. He’s fallen behind, not because he can’t understand the material, but because he struggles with motivation and dedicating time to homework. He’s never enjoyed school much and prefers hands-on learning.
With my busy schedule, I can’t always provide the supervision he needs. I’m looking for someone to help him complete assignments, catch up on missing work, establish a homework routine, and build better study habits.
Must be attending college or have a college degree, be comfortable with high school subjects, and have reliable transportation.
Ideally, someone who can also serve as a mentor, providing structure, accountability, and encouragement while helping him become more independent.Job basics How often: Part timeHourly rate: $19.00 - $19.00/hourWho we're looking for
