About the Job We are looking for an attentive and collaborative nanny to care for our 9-month-old baby. We live in the Richmond District and value respectful care, modern child development practices, and building a true partnership to support our child's growth.

EXPECTATIONS:

-Baby Care: Maintain our current schedule for naps, bottles, and playtime. Prepare milk and solid foods, handle diaper changes, and adapt routines as our baby grows. Take our baby on regular walks and to local music classes. -Child Development: Support independent sleep practices, follow hunger cues, encourage self-feeding during mealtimes, and maintain a healthy balance between highly engaged play and safe independent play. -English fluency is required. We value candidates who also speak Mandarin.
