Full Time Nanny For one Year Old

About the Job We’re beginning our search for a wonderful nanny in Upper Marlboro to care for our sweet 1-year-old daughter!

Our current nanny is expecting, so we’re starting early to ensure a smooth transition. We’re hoping for someone who can begin part-time around the holidays and transition to approximately 35 hours/week at the end of January.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong toddler experience
• Is CPR certified
• Has reliable transportation
• Is reliable, communicative, and consistent
• Is warm, patient, loving, and nurturing
• Enjoys creating structure, age-appropriate learning, play, and outings
• Wants to become a meaningful part of our daughter’s tribe and our family
• Is interested in a long-term relationship with a family
