About the Job I'm looking for a few reliable, caring babysitters to provide occasional backup weekday childcare for my young daughter in Knoxville. Scheduling would be flexible and as needed.
I'm especially interested in finding someone comfortable caring for a mildly sick child (such as a child home from daycare with a fever). I understand this requires additional flexibility and am happy to offer higher pay for sick days.
Ideally, I'd love to establish ongoing relationships with a few dependable sitters who genuinely enjoy spending time with young children. Experience with toddlers, excellent references, and reliable transportation are important.
