Experienced Special Needs Respite Caregiver

About the Job We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and dependable respite caregiver for our 9-year-old daughter with special needs.

She is nonverbal and has significant developmental disabilities that require assistance with daily activities, personal care, and supervision. She has a sweet, fun personality and enjoys spending time with people who take the time to understand and connect with her.

We are specifically looking for someone with experience caring for children with developmental disabilities, autism-related support needs, or challenging behaviors, including self-injurious behaviors such as head-banging.

Experience in special education, behavioral therapy, or disability support is highly preferred. The ideal caregiver is attentive, nurturing, reliable, and comfortable providing hands-on care.Job basics How often: Part timeHourly rate: $21.00 - $22.00/hourWho we're looking for
