Experienced Infant Nanny Needed

We are a loving Christian family seeking a dependable, nurturing, and experienced nanny to care for our infant son in our home.

Our faith and family values are important to us, and we are looking for someone who will respect those values while providing a safe, loving, patient, and supportive environment for our baby.

Because our son is still an infant, we need someone who is comfortable providing comprehensive, hands-on care throughout the day.

Responsibilities

The nanny will be responsible for all aspects of our baby's daily care, including:

Feeding, burping, and following his feeding schedule

Safely handling expressed breast milk and preparing bottles as needed

Changing diapers and maintaining proper hygiene

Following safe sleep practices and maintaining nap routines

Bathing, dressing, and general infant grooming as needed

Comforting, soothing, and responding to our baby's needs

Providing age-appropriate developmental activities, including supervised tummy time, reading, and sensory play

Monitoring his health, comfort, behavior, and developmental progress

Cleaning and sanitizing bottles, feeding supplies, toys, and baby-related items

Washing, folding, and organizing baby laundry

Keeping the nursery and baby-care areas clean and organized

Communicating regularly with parents regarding feedings, naps, diaper changes, and daily activities

Our primary expectation is that our son's safety, well-being, development, and emotional needs always come first.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous professional experience caring for newborns and infants

Is patient, attentive, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoys caring for babies

Has a strong understanding of infant development, feeding, soothing, and safe sleep practices

Is infant CPR and first-aid certified or willing to obtain certification

Has excellent communication skills

Can provide reliable references from previous childcare positions

Respects our Christian faith, family values, and parenting preferences

Is dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently

Additional Information

Childcare will take place in our family home.

Parking is available at our residence.

We currently do not have pets, although we may welcome pets into our family in the future.

We are seeking someone interested in building a trusting, consistent relationship with our family as our son grows.
