He is loving, playful, and enjoys engaging activities. He benefits from structure, positive reinforcement, and support with emotional and sensory regulation.
Experience caring for young children with autism or other developmental needs is strongly preferred. Familiarity with ABA therapy, communication differences, and age-appropriate activities is a plus.
Care is primarily needed on weekends for a few hours, with occasional weekday availability. Responsibilities include attentive supervision, engaging play, and supporting daily routines.
