About the Job I’m looking for a patient, supportive, and experienced tutor for my elementary school daughter. She has dyslexia and is able to read, but is continuing to improve and would benefit from extra help strengthening her reading, vocabulary, spelling, and comprehension. She could also use some additional support in math.
Ideally, I’d love someone with experience working with children with dyslexia or learning differences. Knowledge of phonics and structured reading instruction is a plus!
Saturdays are preferred, but I’m flexible with the time and open to discussing other days for the right person. I’d like to start with one hour per week, with the possibility of increasing to twice a week depending on her needs and availability.
