Dog Watcher Needed For November Vacation

About the Job Ollie is an older dog with some health issues, but otherwise a pretty laid back guy. He has a sore back left knee that can sometimes cause him to limp a little. He also has some eye problems which make his vision a bit blurry. Because of these things, he can take walks around the neighborhood, but not quite as far as he used to. He enjoys exploring the backyard which is fenced in, but really is a big couch potato.

Ollie loves Treats and sleeping. He is a bit older and has lower energy than he did as a puppy. But he does still like to play fetch in the living room with his favorite stuffed animal.

We are looking for someone who is patient as Ollie sometimes takes a little longer to go up and down stairs. He is an older dog and really enjoys hanging out with people watching tv and sleeping. He is not on any medications at this time so his feeding is pretty easy. He loves treats and gentle pets and scratches.

Ollie eats two times a day, morning and evening. He needs to have water given to him a bit slowly in two smaller bowl amounts so he doesn’t drink too quickly. He has some teeth that are getting a little soft so we give him dry food mixed with wet food. He really like little human food treats occasionally like cheese or pizza crust.

Ollie is usually pretty good with new people. He tends to really like women and will sniff a new person then moves along to go take a nap.
