Original job description
About the Job We're looking for a warm, patient, and engaging caregiver to provide one-on-one support for our bright, curious 4-year-old son in his preschool classroom during the week.
He's very bright academically and is working with speech and occupational therapists on self-regulation and developmental skills. We'd love someone who can help reinforce these strategies in the classroom, support transitions and routines, encourage independence and positive interactions, and help with potty training through patience and positive reinforcement.
Experience with preschoolers, early childhood development, OT/SLP strategies, or classroom support is a plus. The role involves working alongside his daycare teachers and our family to help him thrive. We're looking for someone nurturing, proactive, and excited to help him build confidence and independence!Job basics How often: Full timeHourly rate: $14.00 - $25.00/hourWho we're looking for
