About the Job Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary or CNA certification preferred, Med Tech preferred, but willing to train.
Experience: Previous caregiving experience; experience with elderly, disabled residents, or home health is desirable.
Certifications: CPR and First Aid; state-required caregiver or nursing aide certifications . Key Skills: Empathy, patience, keen observation, problem-solving, physical ability, flexibility, and cultural sensitivity
Job Requirements: Compassionate & detailed-oriented caregivers to provide comprehensive ADL support (bathing, dressing, feeding, cooking, toileting), medication administration, safe mobility assistance & transfers, health monitoring, behavioral care, and light housekeeping. Maintain resident records per COMAR & QA plan. Flexible 24 hour shift schedules. Training.Job basics How often: Full timeHourly rate: $17.00 - $24.00/hourWho we're looking for
