About the Job We're looking for a warm, attentive caregiver for our 18-month-old daughter at our home in Silver Spring, starting November 11. We are also exploring options for occasional weekend babysitters, so we'd love to hear from you if you're interested in either (or both).
What you'll do:
Your main job is caring for our daughter: playing, reading, singing, getting outside, and keeping her on a routine of meals and naps. We want someone who plays with her and keeps her engaged, not someone who leans on TV or screens during the day.
What we're looking for:
- Experience with toddlers
- CPR/First Aid training preferred
- Reliable, communicative, and kind
- Comfortable with a hands-on, play-based approach
