Care For High FunctioningAutistic Teen

About the Job Looking for an experienced caregiver for in-home respite care/ nanny for my 14yo. She has intellectual disabilities and needs more support than a neurotypical teen.

Schedule: 2-3 days/wk to start; days will fluctuate until a routine is set. Open to more hours and days later. Willing to work with your availability.

Requirements:

Special Needs Exp: Prior hands-on experience with intellectual disabilities required.

Daily Support: Needs frequent direction and patient verbal reminders for routines.

Life Skills: Take her on outings (like shopping) to practice using money and building independence.

Engagement: She loves singing & drawing! Needs encouragement with physical activities, crafts, and outdoor time with her emotional support dog.

Housekeeping: Caregiver will manage daily messes and help her through cleanup.Job basics How often: Part timeHourly rate: $14.00 - $20.00/hourWho we're looking for
