About the Job Looking for someone to care for our 2-year-old son and 11-month-old daughter in our home 1-2 times per week, guaranteed once a week (usually Thursday) from 2:30pm-7 p.m. Both will likely be down for a nap upon arrival and for the first 1-2 hours of the shift but once they wake up the typical duties would be:
- Supervising play before and after mealtime
- Providing a snack if needed
- Changing diapers upon wake-up and as needed
- Providing dinner and milk for 2-year-old
- Feeding dinner and giving x1 bottle for 11-month-old
We also have 2 dogs but our 13-year-old daughter (typically hangs out in her room during these hours) will assume all care for them entirely.
Requirements include: having a reliable form of transportation, Infant/Child CPR and First Aid Certification, and references. Having any sort of early childhood or childhood development units a plus!
There will be opportunity for additional days/hours if interested, but we just wanted to post for the bare minimum guaranteed.Job basics How often: Part timeHourly rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hourWho we're looking for
