About the Job Seeking a skilled, dedicated, trained caregiver to help our affectionate and energetic special needs young adult son to thrive at his San Jose-based day program. You will need experience and passion to connect with and motivate him at the program, which has a wide range of activities - including community excursions. You will make a difference in his life as he achieves his goals and a sense of purpose - and has fun doing it!!
