About the Job We are looking for a warm, reliable, organized person to help with our three elementary-aged girls after school, Mon to Fri from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Our biggest priority is creating a consistent, productive after-school routine. We would love someone who can help with math homework, daily reading, and other schoolwork, while bringing structure, accountability, and encouragement. The role also includes driving the girls to and from activities, helping them stay organized, and keeping afternoons running smoothly.
We are looking for someone dependable and proactive who enjoys kids and is comfortable keeping them focused while building independence and good habits.
