Shift specifics TBD per insurance -- Private low-activity man in independent house with spouse (who has her own caregivers) -- High blood pressure, new onset congestive heart failure, diabetes, hearing impaired, uses rollator, low sodium diet, depressed, occasional mild agitation -- Lay out clothing, prepare shower or prompt quick-clean shower cloths -- Needs breakfast made, snacks available, lunch ordered or cooked, dinner prepped -- Confirm proper medications are dispensed -- Encourage light safe activity -- Make sure fall detection watch stays charged -- Transport to doctors appointments and take notes -- Run errands -- Electronic charting, please be able to navigate apps and websites as needed -- Bonus if you have medication aide or dementia experience!
