3rd Grade English Creative Writing Tutor

About the Job I’m looking for a patient and engaging tutor to help my 3rd-grade daughter strengthen her writing skills, especially narrative and creative writing.

Her school uses the Emerge curriculum, and I’d like someone who can support what she is learning in class while also building her confidence as a writer. We’d like to focus on story structure - characters, setting, plot, problem and solution, beginning/middle/end, sequencing, and adding meaningful details.

I’m especially looking for someone who can teach her how to organize her ideas with a clear structure while still encouraging creativity and independent thinking. Activities such as brainstorming, story planning, writing short narratives, and revising her own work would be ideal.

Experience teaching creative writers/elementary/3rd-grade writing is preferred.Job basics How often: Part timeHourly rate: $28.00 - $45.00/hourWho we're looking for
