The Opportunity

Capstone Logistics is seeking motivated Material Handlers / Forklift Operators to join our warehouse operations team in Saint Louis. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced environment where you'll play a critical part in keeping freight moving efficiently throughout the supply chain. What You'll Do

• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently
• Sort, palletize, repack, and move products throughout the warehouse
• Perform freight handling and material movement duties
• Audit shipments for accuracy
• Assist with warehouse housekeeping and cleanup
• Follow all safety procedures and site-specific operating guidelines
• Complete additional duties as assigned by site leadership

What We're Looking For

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs. throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Equipment experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and participate in paid training

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of products weighing 25-75 lbs.
• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and maintain productivity standards
