Opportunity Summary

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Assocaitesin Longmont, CO. This is a fast-paced, physically active position focused on unloading freight from trailers, breaking down loads, and moving product efficiently throughout the warehouse.

What You'll Do

• Unload freight from trailers safely and efficiently
• Sort, separate, and organize products by designated locations
• Palletize and restack merchandise for storage or shipment
• Move product throughout the warehouse using proper material-handling techniques
• Verify product counts and inspect freight for accuracy
• Maintain productivity standards while handling high-volume unloads
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safety-focused
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Warehouse unloading, lumping, freight handling, or palletizing experience is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Lift, lower, push, pull, and carry 25-75 pounds regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching throughout the shift
• Ability to continuously unload freight from trailers for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
• Ability to perform physical labor for the duration of the shift
